“Ok I’m 26 and have a very high metabolism, I eat alot but find putting on weight very hard. I
took between half and 2/3rds of a serving of this twice a day and managed to go from 14st 12
to 15st 2lb in about a week, which I consider excellent as I’d never been above 15st before.
I had strawberry and the taste was pretty nasty, so just neck it. Serious Mass half a serving comes
out at around 500ml of liquid total so its heavy going and will fill you up, I had one as my
breakfast.
I defy anyone to drink 2 full servings a day and not put on weight, drinking it would be the
main issue, as its very filling.
